Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Courier Service: All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Insured 24-Hour Delivery.
Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 weeks of payment confirmation.
Delivery Window: Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 24 hours (next working day) in line with Royal Mail’s insured 24-hour service.
Insurance: All parcels are fully insured during transit to provide peace of mind against loss or damage.
Delivery Confirmation: A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch to allow you to monitor your parcel’s progress.
Signature Required: Deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure secure delivery.
Delivery Areas: This service covers UK mainland addresses. Delivery to remote areas (e.g., Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may take longer.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable to accept delivery, Royal Mail will leave instructions for collection or re-delivery.
Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders: At present, we do not ship outside of the UK.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
Return Window: Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet our return criteria.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns or refunds on bespoke or custom-made products.
Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn and undamaged
- Returned with all original packaging and documentation
Sale Items: Items purchased during site-wide sales or marked as final sale are non-returnable. Exceptions apply only to items received damaged or incorrect.
Earrings Policy: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned for a refund. Exchanges or credit notes may be offered at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@paragondiamonds.co.uk with your order details and photographs of the product.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Insurance for returned items is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service to protect against loss or damage in transit.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5 business days, provided all criteria are met.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes or refunds.
Additional Policy Notes:
Tarnishing or natural wear over time does not qualify as a fault and is not eligible for return.
Please carefully review your order before checkout, especially when purchasing items during promotions or sales.
